Cancellation, Refund & Policy for Gau Seva Program:

You are eligible for an 80% refund of the program fee up to 3 days before the start date of the program you registered for. There will be no refund thereafter.

Re-registration will also not be applicable if the program is not scheduled in the 6 month period

If you leave the Program for any reason, you will not be eligible for a refund and we will consider this as a cancellation of your registration.

For online payments, the refund will be made by the same mode of payment, i.e., via credit/debit card or bank account transfer, and the funds will be credited to the respective credit card/bank account. The refund will be processed within 30 days, provided that all the required documents are in order.

Cancellation, Refund & Policy for Medical AND Education Fund Program:

You are eligible for an 80% refund of the program fee up to 7 days before the start date of the program you registered for. There will be no refund thereafter.

Re-registration will also not be applicable if the program is not scheduled in the 6 month period

If you leave the Program for any reason, you will not be eligible for a refund and we will consider this as a cancellation of your registration.

You are eligible for an 80% refund of the program fee up to 3 days before the start date of the program you registered for. There will be no refund thereafter.

If you leave the Program for any reason, you will not be eligible for a refund and we will consider this as a cancellation of your registration.

Please note

a. All Refund, Re-registration, Transfer & Cancellation requests should be sent in writing to support@shirdisaitrust.in from the registered email ID of the person who completed the booking. No other mode of communication will be accepted.

b. The effective date for processing the refund will be from the formal receipt of the cancellation notification, in writing substantiated with supporting documents wherever needed.

c. The refund request will be processed within 60 days from the date of receipt of a request from the registered email ID.

d. In case you are not allowed to continue the program due to a violation of code of conduct, no refund can be claimed.

e. Please note that a refund request cannot be processed if you opt for the Transfer request.
