Can I leave a bequest to the Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust?
The Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust has often received inheritances, legacies and donations, among other contributions. These funds, in their entirety, go towards construction, maintenance, daily annadhanam (free prasad bhojan), daily naivedyam offering shri sai baba and daily puja items offering shri sai baba of the Temple.
You can leave money in your will, as well as tangible or intangible goods, or securities, depending on your circumstances and desires. We will be eternally grateful to all the generations making it possible to culminate Shri Sai Baba’s dream.

Built as an expiatory temple, the Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust has been self-funded right from the start through the donations and contributions from thousands of people who, like you, want to culminate Shri Sai Baba’s dream.
INDIVIDUALS who donate to the Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust can apply the following deductions:
General Donation Fund
This fund is utilized for providing various facilities to Devotees.
Building Fund
This fund is utilized for construction and maintenance of buildings like temples etc.
Medical Fund
This fund is utilized for providing international medical surgical treatment facilities to the needy rural people patients.
Education Fund
Trust has started various educational activities to provide advanced education facilities to the students from rural areas as well as indias. This fund is used for educational facilities as well as the expenses incurred for administration.
Annadan Fund
This fund received are utilized for prasadalaya activity, Free meals to devotees, Hospital Patients, Meals to old age home, Student of deaf and dumb Schools
Donation received for the Charity/Donation Fund Category will only be applicable for deduction under section 80G of the Income Tax.
For donations from non-residents who pay Non-Resident Income Tax in India:
If operating without a permanent establishment, the same percentages apply as for individuals.
If operating with a permanent establishment, the same percentages apply as for legal entities.
